Community Initiatives
Novux Elite Group Community Initiatives is a not-for-profit organization established to inspire action and create opportunities within the communities where Novux Elite Group operates or has partnerships.
To achieve safe, equitable, and sustainable opportunities and environments where we work and live, we are committed to:
- Operating a national network of land-based education, training, and employment opportunities for Indigenous Youth within culturally and spiritually supportive spaces.
- Advocating to elected officials for policies and legislation that directly support and fund initiatives benefiting Indigenous Youth, communities, and environments.
- Establishing strategic partnerships with organizations dedicated to protecting biodiversity in our ecosystem.
- Promoting and fostering health, wellness, and safety initiatives.
- Cultivating a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
- Seeking opportunities to support at-risk children, youth, military families, and related organizations.
